The Challenge
Hypo, Nigeria’s leading hypochlorite based cleaning brand was looking for unique opportunities to connect better with low to middle income families Our research showed that our targets had begun to take a global view on issues and we needed to match up with these aspirations.
 
The Idea
Having debunked stereotypes on race and colour in past campaigns, - Damn Good Whites (2013) and Made of Whites (2014), we saw a unique opportunity to explore the use of social currency.
With the release of an all-white nomination list, our main device was to use the Oscar statuette as a way of demonstrating the bleaching power of Hypo, the ultimate whitewasher

Hypo aims to significantly impact the availability of hygiene solutions for Nigeria. The company launched its main product - Hypo bleach for consumers. The bleach get rid of stains on white fabric.
